The major benefit of Ultimate over the others is you can upgrade your hardware as much as you want an the activation wont fail. The install of Ultimate and Home versions is the same files, just the registry gets changed to not allow the included features to operate. It like the CPU's the lock the speed on - just stupid that it can do the tasks but get limited in the name of money grabbing.

If you installed professional instead of ultimate your limited to less processors (Like 32 or something), like we'll still be using win 7 by the time intel or amd put out a 32 core processor public!
